Child Care Fee Structure

The daily fee is $39.00 per day for toddlers and preschoolers. Post-dated cheques, e-transfers and cash are acceptable methods of payment and will be collected in advance, on a biweekly schedule. You may, if you wish, pay on a monthly basis in advance as well. Fees will be reviewed periodically and may be raised, with prior notice given, to remain on par with other child care facilities and to allow for competitive wages and staff compensation.

Late Fee Payment

If payment is not made on the agreed upon dates the following process will be adhered to: One week past due you will receive a fee invoice and a late payment charge of $25.00. Two weeks past due you will incur a second late charge of $25.00 as well as receive a two weeks notification of dismissal, unless payment is promptly made in full. If you have any concerns regarding payments please talk to the director.
